Our core product is a unique web-based Knowledge-Based BPM platform (KB2PM) which transparently manages and controls the business process in services companies, by empowering the existing assets and supporting business decision makers.

Amongst the KB2PM strengths is our flexible interface and integration layer, which allows our solutions to be a mediator between the organization’s core internal business processes (sometimes still handled in legacy systems) and external activities (such as suppliers and contractors, field agents, external SaaS services, etc.) in a seamless technology supported value-chain.

 

Our main solutions were developed during the last decade based on our substantial understanding of the business aspects of our customers’ core processes and by leveraging our platform. We empower both human-enabled processes using our friendly interface, and automated workflows, advanced analytics-based algorithms and BI-based monitoring capabilities for business process policy makers.
